A producer who graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Cairo University in 1985. He worked as a producer in major production companies in Egypt and the Arab world, including: (Al-Masry Company for Artistic Production, Shamil Company for Film Production and others. He also worked as a consultant for artistic production, then as general manager and general supervisor of production at New Century Company (Dollar Film), and served as production director and general supervisor of production at October Art Production Company.

An accomplished Executive Producer, a graduate of The High Institute of Cinema in 1997, served as General Supervisor of Production at Sky Productions from 2022 to 2025. His extensive experience includes executive producer roles for numerous films and television series with esteemed production companies such as Al-Adl Group, Art Makers Productions, TVision, and Bee Link, among others. He was honored with the Best Executive Producer award in 2018 by the Syndicate of Cinematic Professions for his outstanding contributions to the Ramadan TV series "Layali Eugenie."

Is an accomplished Head of Production with a proven track record of contributing to the success of several high-profile film and television projects, including Ben El Stoor (2024), Wesh Wa Dahr (2022), Esabt el Max (2024), and Awlad Hareem Kareem (2023). Omar Al Ashkar is a Mass Communication graduate with a major in Broadcasting from MSA University, driven by a deep passion for filmmaking that began at a young age. During his studies, he took part in various projects, developing his skills and shaping his visual style. He later continued his journey by studying cinematography at the High Cinema Institute. His recent work includes film Bershama and the Ramadan 2026 series Ein Sehreya.
